Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) Elder Mobile Outreach Team (EMOT) provides home-based services to elders including:
- Clinician and a registered nurse who conduct assessments and ongoing home counseling
- A Peer Bridger who provides individualize recovery-oriented supports
- Psychiatric Evaluation and medication management
