Exercise Programs at the Larson Center

BALANCE & CHAIR YOGA:  Balance and chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness. With standing poses, the chair is used to help with and improve balance. Held at Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro.

ESSENTRICS: Essentrics is a full-body workout for people of every ability that changes the shape of your body through a combination of stretching and strengthening. Held at the Larson Center at 25 S. Main Street, Attleboro.

FIT HAPPENS (HIGHER INTENSITY):  A fun class that incorporates medium impact cardio, muscle toning, core, glutes, and flexibility routines to give you a total body workout! Held at the Larson Center at 25 S. Main Street, Attleboro.

HIKING GROUP: Do you enjoy the outdoors, discovering new places to walk nearby, or making new friends? Consider joining the COA hiking group. Hikes are relatively easy but are sometimes on uneven terrain. Meet at the designated location at 10:00am sharp. Meeting locations vary. LINE DANCING: Think you have two left feet? Give us a chance to prove you wrong! Join us for fun, low-impact line dancing which is good for the mind as well as the body. No dance experience necessary, and beginners are welcome. Held at Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro.

SEATED FITNESS: Seated Fitness is a gentle class designed to strengthen the body using weights (optional) from a mostly seated position. Individuals may use a chair for seated and assisted standing exercise. Held at Good News Bible Chapel, 235 West Street, Attleboro.

ZUMBA GOLD: Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners, or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Held at the Larson Center, 25 S. Main Street, Attleboro.
