Essentrics is a full-body workout for people of every ability that changes the shape of your body through a combination of stretching and strengthening. This technique develops lean, strong, and flexible muscles and helps relieve pain, improve posture, and "age backwards." Essentrics rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries, and unlocks tight joints. Exercises can be done standing, sitting, or laying down (please bring a mat if you would like to do floor work), depending on your personal preference and ability.
